Sarah Hamburger started working at LATITUDE as a Lab Assistant in May of 2016. Her practice combines textiles and photography, using process-based mediums such as screenprinting, embroidery, and alternative photographic processes. Thematically, her work deals with mental illness, human interaction within a space, and distortion through repetition and process. She’s currently collaborating with her sister, who lives in New York, on a several large-scale quilts that use her sister’s illustrations and text from both of them. When she’s not at LATITUDE, she makes custom screen printed shirts at Spudnik Cooperative.
If you would like your prints delivered by December 25, orders must be placed by December 17. The shop will be open until December 20 for orders that will arrive after that date, or for local pickup.
