We will be accepting applications until August 1st.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with artists, solving problems, forward facing customer service and helping produce exceptional print and scan work. You'll collaborate with our small team to support Service Bureau production, assist DIY lab users, and help foster a welcoming learning space for our creative community.

As a leader on the production floor they will be responsible for Service Bureau job production on deadlines, approval and packaging. They will have a strong attention to detail in both printing and scanning as well as an ability to work well with the public and volunteers. This role serves as the Lab Manager’s Service Bureau second-in-command, with training in best practices for client communication through both in-person consultations and email intake. Like all LATITUDE staff, the Production Assistant is expected to support DIY lab users and actively contribute to the Lab Assistant program.
